These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Dot.Projects, operated by BluePin Inc ("BluePin", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Dot.Projects, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Dot.Projects is
Dot.Projects is a team-scoped project and programme delivery platform: plan, track, and deliver multi-phase initiatives with milestones, tasks, and a shared kanban board, with optional AI-assisted plan generation to turn a project brief into a milestone/task breakdown.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your team's content
You're responsible for the accuracy of the projects, milestones, tasks, and comments your team creates, and for how your team uses assignments and due dates.
4. AI-assisted plan generation
Dot.Projects offers an optional AI-assisted feature that turns a project brief into a suggested milestone/task breakdown. It's a drafting aid — you're responsible for reviewing and adjusting any AI-suggested plan before relying on it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Dot.Projects for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another team's projects, tasks, or account data;
- interfere with or disrupt Dot.Projects or the wider Dot Ecosystem; or
- use automated means to scrape or extract data from Dot.Projects without our written permission.
6. Ecosystem single sign-on
Dot.Projects is part of the Dot Ecosystem. If you sign in via another Dot Ecosystem platform, you authorise that platform to hand off a short-lived, single-use authentication token confirming your identity to Dot.Projects.
7. Termination
You may stop using Dot.Projects and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use Dot.Projects in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or the Dot Ecosystem.
8. Disclaimers
Dot.Projects is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Dot.Projects will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated plan will be accurate or complete.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePin Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dot.Projects, including damages arising from a project, milestone, or task you created or relied on.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
